Clean, good location

Booked a 'Ferienwohnung Nieuwpoort'. Apartment was clean and well-maintained. Good location near the coast. Check-in was simple. No problems during the stay. Met expectations.

Westende stay was smooth

I booked a 'Ferienwohnung Westende' for a week. The booking process online was straightforward, the site was easy to navigate. I got a confirmation email pretty quickly after paying. Check-in instructions arrived a few days before, which was helpful. The apartment itself was clean and looked just like the photos on the website, very modern. The kitchen was well-equipped, we cooked most evenings. The bed in the main bedroom was comfortable, which isn't always the case with rentals. We had one small issue with the Wi-Fi being a bit slow on the first day, but I contacted support through their online chat and they got it sorted out within a few hours. Delivery of keys was via a locker, which made arrival flexible. Overall, a solid experience for a family trip.

Always a reliable choice

This was my third time booking with Holiday Suites, and they're consistently reliable. I usually go for the 'Ferienwohnung De Haan' or 'Nieuwpoort' and this time it was an 'Unterkunft mit Meerblick' in Nieuwpoort. The quality of the apartments is always high; you know what you're getting. The booking process hasn't changed much over the years, still very straightforward. What keeps me coming back is that the places are always clean and well-equipped. The key handovers are always seamless too. I've never had any major issues, so it's my go-to for Belgian coast trips.

Easy last minute trip

Needed a quick getaway so I grabbed a 'Studio für 2 Personen' in Blankenberge last minute. Honestly, it was super easy. Booked it on my phone, got the confirmation right away. The place was clean, had everything we needed for a couple of nights. No fuss at all with check-in, just used the code they sent. Felt pretty relaxed there. Would do it again for sure if I need another short break by the sea.

Good apartment, slow response

We stayed at a 'Familienapartment für 6 Personen' in De Haan. The apartment itself was really nice, plenty of space for all of us and it was very clean when we arrived. The location was great, close to the beach. However, I had a question about parking a week before our trip and sent an email; it took about three days to get a reply. It wasn't urgent, but it felt a bit slow. Check-in was easy with the code. Value for money was good, especially for a larger group. Just wish customer service was a bit quicker on email.
